Kim Marion Connect OT Yoga

Hi, I'm Kim Marion

My name is Kim Marion and I’m passionate about helping people feel good in their bodies and supporting their ability to do the activities they love. As an Occupational Therapist, I’ve worked in healthcare, education and management and I know how common pain, burnout and exhaustion are for people.  From my experience as an OT, combined with my training as a Certified Yoga Therapist, I have a unique lens for seeing and understanding how the connections within our body and mind impact our ability to move and function in our work and daily activities.  Patterns of movement/thinking/feeling develop in all of us from life events (i.e., pregnancy, illness, work, trauma, injuries, sports) and while some patterns are supportive, some patterns are less helpful.  As our biomechanics, anatomy, mental/emotional states and environment shift...tension, pain, anxiety and fatigue can build.... affecting our ability to do all that we want.

While OT Yoga is my work passion, my other passions are being a mom to my 3 lovely daughters, partnering with my husband through life, sharing experiences with family and friends, playing outdoors, hanging out with my dogs and travelling.
