FALL MOVE & MEDITATE 

Shoulders, Neck & Back

As we move into fall, daily rhythms often shift, and we have an opportunity to create new routines. We have an opportunity to make intentional choices to support our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Through gentle movement, breath-work and meditation, these classes are designed to help you release tension, reduce pain, and improve mobility throughout your body. This fall, we will move our bodies from head to toe with a particular focus on the shoulders, neck and back as these are often key areas for tension and load to accumulate.  If you are ready to take time for you and roll out your mat, choose the class that best fits:

*NEW* TUESDAY MORNING CHAIR SUPPORTED YOGA

Move through sitting and standing poses, with a chair for support, to increase comfort, confidence, and stability. This class will be a good fit if mobility, strength, pain, or balance makes getting on and off the floor challenging. Breath-work and meditation will also be part of the practice.

This class is for everyone from beginners to seasoned yogis.  Explore gentle movement, breath-work and meditation from the comfort of your home.  You will be encouraged to move in a way that best works for you and pose modifications will be provided.

Individual OT Yoga Sessions

​Join me for a private session and learn how to reduce anxiety and pain, develop more mobility and balance and learn simple and effective self-care tools.  Sessions will include movement, breath-work, meditation and learning effective self-regulation tools.  

​

Individual sessions are designed to be collaborative, gentle and will support your goals.  I will help you slow down, tune into your body, feel your movement and breath, and learn about your nervous system and its patterns.  You will have an opportunity to develop more ease in your body & mind, and let go of what is no longer serving you.

Prior to your first session, I offer a free 20 minute consultation to discuss your goals and for you to learn more about my approach. 

​

Sessions open to children, teens, adults and seniors.  I have over 28 years of experience with children who have developmental delays and diverse learning profiles as well as, teens and adults with a variety of physical and mental health needs.  All are welcome.

Workplace wellness is never one-size-fits-all. These thoughtfully designed workshops provide your team with a restorative, embodied experience which prioritizes self-care and leaves participants feeling refreshed, relaxed, and recharged.

Choose the format that best supports your team:

  • 1.0 -1.5 Hour Yoga 
A grounding yoga session that blends movement, self-massage, breath-work and guided relaxation/meditation.

​​

  • 2.5 to 3.0 Hour Experiential Workshop
An embodied experience that includes movement, an interactive exploration of our stress response through the lens of Polyvagal Theory and guided relaxation. Participants will gain simple, practical tools to support regulation and resilience in daily life.

  • Private Yoga Series​
4-6 week yoga series designed to support your team’s specific goals.​
