Occupational Therapy is a regulated healthcare profession that supports people of all ages to do the activities that are meaningful to them in their self-care, work, school and leisure.
OT’s are qualified to assess and treat a person who is impacted by illness, disease or injury and support the person's independence, well-being and engagement. OT’s work with people of all ages from children to seniors.
Yoga is an ancient mind-body science that uses movement, breathwork and meditation/relaxation to connect the physical, mental and spiritual/energetic layers of a person to reduce pain, alleviate stress and promote health.
Connect OT Yoga is my gentle, integrative approach which combines my knowledge and skills as an Occupational Therapist with the wisdom and practices of Yoga. My passion is to help connect body, mind and spirit and support your ability to do all that you want to do. Together, we will create a personalized plan to support your unique goals and abilities.

Life is busy, noisy, and uncomfortable. We often push our bodies until we hit the wall or burn out because we miss our body's messages and warning signs. Life events, disease, trauma, injury and illness all add in layers that we must manage. Our bodies talk to us all the time but it can be difficult to hear and understand. I can help you slow down and listen. By slowing down and listening, you will feel your body, hear the messages, see your patterns and you can start to make small changes that will have a big impact.
